Understanding the Cyber Security and Resilience Bill
For executive leadership teams in organisations that fall, or may fall, within the expanded regulatory perimeter created by the incoming Cyber Security & Resilience Bill
The Cyber Security and Resilience Bill materially expands the set of organisations that are within scope of UK cyber security and resilience regulation. This course explains what the Bill does, who it affects, and what senior leaders should be doing now to prepare, regardless of whether final scope has been confirmed for their organisation.
Learning outcomes:
- Understand the purpose and structure of the Bill and its relationship to the NIS Regulations
- Assess whether your organisation is likely to fall within scope
- Identify the governance, investment, and assurance decisions that should be in hand before the Bill is in force
