Clark & Company offer a dedicated DPO service, providing independent, specialist advice and ensuring you can meet any statutory legal requirements.
Our outsourced DPO service supports your business activities and acts as a contact point for data subjects and supervisory authorities. We will work with your staff to provide ongoing support and advice on all data protection matters. At the start of each engagement we carry out a comprehensive gap analysis to ensure your data protection controls are fit for purpose and proportionate for the type of processing you do.
As an outsourced DPO, we provide the following services:
- Inform and advise you and your employees in regard to your organisation’s obligations to comply with the UK GDPR and other data protection legislation in regard to processing personal and sensitive data.
- Monitor compliance with the UK GDPR and other data protection legislation against industry frameworks.

Our DPO service is an annual subscription billed monthly. The price you pay depends on the size of your organisation and the level of support you require. Discounts are available for organisations that use other Clark & Company Services. We also offer discounts for charities focused on protecting the vulnerable, tackling social injustice, and helping survivors of domestic abuse.
